All advertisements are accepted subject to approval of copy and artwork and to space being available. They must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice.

Advertisements are accepted on the express understanding that the advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not contravene any of the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act (1968).

The publisher reserves the right to omit or suspend an advertisement at any time without giving a reason for doing so. No claim on the part of any advertiser or advertising agency for damage or breach of contract shall arise.

Where copy or artwork does not reach the publisher by copy date, we reserve the right to repeat the last advertisement of the nearest size.

While every care will be taken, the publisher will not be held responsible for damage to, or loss of, artwork.

All artwork will be destroyed six months after publication unless we receive in writing notice to return it.

Bookings from new advertisers will be confirmed only on approval of full advertising copy.

No guarantee can be given for the insertion of an advertisement in any specified place unless the premium is paid.

Cancellations or suspensions of orders cannot be accepted unless instructions are received six weeks before publication date. Any withdrawal of advertising after that date will be charged for at the full rate.

The publisher accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by any error or inaccuracy in the printing of any advertisement and reserves the right to amend or omit without prior notice to the advertiser.

While every effort will be made to keep prices stable, the publisher reserves the right to match increases in overheads by increasing the prices quoted on this card, without notice, by 5 per cent.

Payment should be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. The publisher reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2.5 per cent per month.

All display advertisers will receive a free copy of the issue(s) in which their advertisements appear. Any classified advertiser who wishes to receive a copy should add �1 per issue to cover the costs involved.
